Photo 1. Not sure, but 14 at Summerland would be a good guess.

Photos 2-5. Train time at Santa Barbara. All 14.

Photo 6. Number 11 RR east of the SB Depot. about half way between the Santa Barbara & Milpas St crossings.

What a great delight to see all these installments of my old stomping grounds. Being a native Barbarian, born 1963, these images were all during my formative years. Keep going with all this good stuff. Why do I like trains? Santa Barbara station, maybe 1968, '69, '70, my dad picking me up so I could touch the Southern Pacific Redball with wing on the side of the passenger cars. From then on, well, that is the rest of the story....

#4 taken from TV Hill looks to be 1972 or 1973 as the hills behind Montecito & Carpinteria appear to have little to no growth on them. The Romero Fire burned October 1971.
