Nice, it looks like a model! I don't think that there were all that many SD45's lettered for the Cotton Belt.

I knew that picture looked familiar, so I looked it up and found it in my copy of 'Southern Pacific Oregon Division' by Jennison/Neves. A great picture in a remote area.
