The second part of this is definitely Cheyenne, WY, and westbound, so I would
guess the first part is entering the east end of the Cheyenne Yard complex.
Since the train is stopping in the first clip, listen for the brakes, he
undoubtedly had the time to get ahead of it for the second clip.

Just my guess.

Very interesting rear of the train, after the autoracks, both covered and uncovered, along with vans on flats. Wonder which business car that was?

Bob Krieger (of UP 3985 fame) has mentioned that he has run trains like this as a road engineer, before he joined the UP Steam program.
