top: Eastbound SP Dolores "hauler" coming down the exPE main from Taylor yard in Los Angeles passing through Compton, CA 1-77.
middle: Eastbound climbing Cajon Pass near Alray and present day Hill 582 10-78.
bottom: It was common practice to send York Canyon coal train power to Barstow and return while the train was being dumped at the Kaiser Steel facility in Fontana, CA. A westbound with York Canyon coal power was climbing through Hodge, CA 1-79.
