The F-unit and FM Trainmaster on the point is certainly interesting. It seems the Reading put whatever was available on some trains.

Is that really a woodside reefer in that second photo-in 1962??? Date: 07/06/15 19:22 Re: Alburtis, PA. in August of 1962 Author: krm152 Really like the RDG OCS. Also like the red and white 1956 Ford in the photo. My Dad had the same color arrangement in a four door.

Date: 07/06/15 21:17 Re: Alburtis, PA. in August of 1962 Author: terrybaker Here's a clearance and order No. 194 received at Alburtis 2/2/61. This was a Harrisburg-Allentown train with Train Master 866 for power. Earlier timetables showed a through coach to Jersey City via CNJ, but I don't know if that service was still available by this date.
I realize the train order is in rough shape, but hey... today I'm not in the same condition that I was on 2/2/61 either. 1) & 2) 2/2/61 Alburtis PA clearance and train order 225 addressed to No. 194. Date: 07/07/15 18:57 Re: Alburtis, PA. in August of 1962 Author: gonx daylightdon Wrote:
