Spencer google had this looks similar . I thought it might be Ashville but this popped up with Spencer as the location.

Of course you did.

Yes it is the Hardy Street Roundhouse in 1940.

I never knew it was built as a full circle.

It was the full circle part that made me not guess Houston first since the two Texas lines combined first at Temple.
