I mentioned earlier how I was heading back to Lockport for my 50th High School reunion. I did wander around the two railroads I mentioned. Yes, the Santa Fe's little depot in Lockport(a box) was indeed gone. But the old limestone GM&O depot still stands. My photos of it are on my SLR and will get downloaded when I get back to Cheyenne but I did use the phone's camera and took a photo of a similar depot in  Lemont, the stop next to Lockport. These are now Metra stops replacing the "Old Plug" with much more modern equipment.

Today I ran into an old friend at church. I had known Carl's family for years and it sure was good to meet he and his wife. As it turns out he has been watching my posts on here and also is a part owner of a private car. Thanks for the visit Carl and my offer still stands if you make it to Cheyenne or Denver.
