The 2 cars behind the first shot seem to be lettered "Pacific Overland Express". Any idea about them?

That VIA Coach is actually one of the ex Amtrak LRC coaches. They were refurbished by VIA and used exclusively on the International. They were not compatible with VIA's own LRC fleet.

Easily distinguishable by the split window panes and different doors.
