Nostalgia & History > Fort Belvoir, Virginia U.S. Army RR 1988Date: 10/16/16 08:24 Fort Belvoir, Virginia U.S. Army RR 1988 Author: RFandPFan On December 2, 1988 I was able to catch a US Army 80-tonner picking up a bulldozer at Newington, VA from the RF&P interchange. This was the one and only time I was able to catch the Army RR at the interchange. USA 1658 was built in 1952.
