The sublettering is for the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha, "The Omaha Road", a subsidiary of C&NW. Nice photo of an interesting engine. Thanks for posting! === === = === JLH

According to utahrails C&NW (CSTPM&O) H10-44 #94 was built 12//47, renumbered to #1058 in 1971 and retired 8/4/76.  Thanks for posting this gem.  Gerry

It looks like the rear bridge of the City of Midland car ferry just behind the engine cab.
