As context, the AT&N ran southward from Reform (terminus at a connection with the GM&O) to Mobile. More important than the connection at Reform was the connection with the SLSF 21 miles south from Reform at Aliceville. In 1948 the SLSF purchased the AT&N to get access to the Port of Mobile and the industrial plants along the Mobile River (paper and chemicals). All the ex-AT&N was abandoned in the 1970s and 1980s except for 15 miles on the Mobile end which remains to serve industries. I don't know who operates those 15 miles.

An older photo of the depot at Reform is posted at http://www.msrailroads.com/AT&N.htm (scroll down about a third of the way).

Google Maps satellite photo indicates that the depot still stands, although just barely.
