Tuesday Two: EL/PC/NYC
Author: refarkas

It is the late 1960's in Akron, Ohio, and PC 1665 (Red "P" and white "C") and NYC 1666 are heading north past the EL passenger station.

The EL passenger station is still in use at this time as the baggage carts and truck by the open door show.

Very nice.  Thanks for taking and posting.

And you got the fairly rare 2-tone red-and-white PC logo.

So This is circa 1968-69, right?  What passenger trains would still be calling at Akron by then?  EL would be gone?  PC?

Perfect composition in frame 1. Absolutely nailed it.

Both the EL and B&O had passenger trains through Akron in 1968/1969. There was no PC passenger service through Akron.

Ah, Penn Central.  No two paint schemes the same.  LOL.
