UP E9A #951 w/t 1969, and Bicentennial RWB in 1976

UP #951 arriving Cheyenne on Nov. 8, 1969 and dressed for the Bicentennial, also in Cheyenne, on Sept. 12, 1976.  On the left in pic 1 it appears that there is a string of brand new stock cars.

I got a few photos of 951 in RW&B before it got painted back in to the UP livery.

First shot looks to be #9 arriving from Denver. At Cheyenne its cars would be cut in to the City of Everywhere.

Thanks for confirming that, I included a reference to them in my original post, but wasn't 100% sure
