"Blue, Green, Gray..."

A westbound Conrail "TV" (TrailVan) train negotiates the crossover at "Gray" Tower, on the ex Pennsylvania Railroad main line west of Tyrone PA in November, 1979. "Gray" and dozens more towers like it, would have no future with Conrail as the big railroad steadily upgraded and modernized its system.
