Thirty Thursday

Can anyone tell me what ISCX stands for? What's the history of this locomotive? I assume this is (was?) a WATCO railroad. Photographed Wichita, Kansas May 2003. Thanks for your help.

Used to be a Ohio Central unit I believe.    They had ex Conrail and CSX GP30s.

 PRR 2247  > PC 2247 > Conrail 2247 > Ohio Central 3005 > ISCX (Inman Service Company) 3005 > WATCO 3009 and rebuilt as 302, a remote control platform.
