I have never seen an IC loco this clean before.  Did they ever have a wash facility anywherer on the railroad?

Had to think about this for a moment.  This is a GP28 and should remind us of the fact that 
the IC(G) owned every non-turboed GP ever built:  GP7/9/18/28/38/38AC/38-2.  Several
of these did get the orange and white paint although they were delivered in black.

One of only 31 GP28's ever built!  A rare bird indeed.  This one became TKEN 9434.
