Here's another early PC lashup from Septemeber 1968 at South Schenectady, NY.  Following the ex-NC F7A are an ex-PRR C-425 and an ex- NYC Geep.

The curve helps bring out details that flat land hides in the shadows. Great memory.

Still a great train watching location today.  Burdeck Street in Rotterdam, NY (South Schenectady on the Selkirk Branch to RR people). 

NS' former D&H mainline passes beneath the NYC Selkirk Branch about 5-10 cars behind the power.

Thanks for posting,  Never caught an F-unit there.
