I have a customer located in the old Bethlehem Steel property.  It's not to far from the old coke ovens facility.   I saw what looked like an Whitcomb locomotive yesterday.  I think it still is in use as they are using the car dumper to unload incoming coke loads that have been coming in recently.  Most of the cars are look to be from the Wheeling and Lake Erie.  I have a book done by Stephan M. Koenig about the South Buffalo Railway.  There is a picture of a remote controlled Whitcomb that is numbered #66.  This was the best picture I could get as I didn't want to trespass. Pretty sure this is the Whitcomb pictured in the book as it serviced the coke ovens facility.
