Doug I live in Maine, and somewhere along Route 1, I think around Wiscasset, someone built a two story outhouse... (for laughs of course), this unit reminds me of that too. Looks like they didn't want to maintain that pesky roller chain driving the unpowered axle so opted for siderods instead. GOOD decision!
