Early 1990's .... Allegany County (Maryland) Hazardous Materials Team called for a Tank Car Safety Valve Leaking in the CSX Cumberland, MD Yard.

Perhaps just a drill (test)? I cannot find a hazardous materials placard in my 1990 employee timetable numbered 1832 and cannot see any hazardous symbol.

D.O.T. Placard 1832 Sulfuric Acid, Spent, Corrosive, Class 8.

It was not a Drill, that I can ensure you.
