Spotting at the Oregon State Fair

Back in the mid 1990's I caught a SP GP40-2 spotting some vintage rail equipment for the Oregon St Fair. Some temporary tracks was laid on 17th street to reach the disconnected spur into the fairgrounds

Cool, but 7633 was a Cotton Belt locomotive.
