Nostalgia & History > TOFC MovieDate: 09/20/17 09:16 TOFC Movie Author: wjpyper I have this vague memory of seeing a movie about the beginning of the TOFC concept, some time in the 1950s or 1960s. Anybody know what this was?

When I was a kid (in what would now be called middle school), my Dad was employed as a freight service salesman for Spector/Mid-States truck line. I've always vividly remembered him coming home one day at dinnertime, FURIOUS, that the Pennsylvania Railroad had run an ad for their TOFC service, and that "Every one of the trucks featured on THEIR railroads Ad was Spector/Mid-States!" This HAS to be that AD - found 67 years later. Thanks for posting this link. I'll share it with my brother this weekend. -John Date: 09/21/17 13:21 Re: TOFC Movie Author: johnsweetser LarryDoyle wrote:
