The annual AIME Fall Field Trip in 1975 went to Ashland, WS, on the now long-abandoned former-NP line. It was one of the first outings for the newly-painted SDP40-2 1976. The weather was lousy that day, but this scene will never be duplicated.

Nice image from the past. I think that line now serves as a atv / snowmobile trail.
