Looking for some information on the Monolith cement plant in Tehachapi, specifically if they had a plant switcher of anytime in the 1990's (specifically 1995.) Also, what SP job switched the mill, and how often did they do it? Was the job out of Mojave or Bakersfield? Thanks in Advance Tehachapi-TJ Over & Out. Bill, The "KI" and "Blitz" were one in the same local, and delivered loaded coal, and picked up the empties even in the late 90s.
