I take it photo #3 in IA is the CZ - I road the Amtrak CZ to Osceola IA in 1984 while in college at Indiana University.

Photo #6 must be the San Francisco Zephyr?

Interesting look back.

Amazing to think Boring Wyoming was a viable stop. The concrete and the two vertical posts for the road side sign are all that remains.

Nice shots!! In the fifth shot, old NP RR train crews were based out of Pasco and Seattle, WA and worked between Pasco and Seattle. Pasco based engineers worked to and from Yakima, WA. and the Pasco based firemen worked to and from Ellensburg, WA.

Photo 3 is the SW Chief in IA
