pulling passenger and freight trains through a low spot where the flooding Mississippi River was over the rails to the point that diesels with their low hanging traction motors could not pass through the low spot. A bit later, all traffic to the Twin Cities was being rerouted over the CNW through Eau Claire, WI. |
