Author: santafe199 While rounding up Kodachrome slides of my ‘79 BN rodeo in Aurora, IL for TO member “gcm” I herded a few extra head into the scanner. 1. BN 9919 & 9918 sit in the bowels of Chicago Union Station after inbound (push-mode) arrivals. Photo date: April 24, 1979. 2. BN 9904 has company on its left flank in the form of AMTK 527 & train #15, the “Lone Star”. Since 1979 there have been some major alterations to this scene just south of Chicago Union Station.
