No date or info. I assume the unit is new and the location is the east end of Barr yard. A lot of time has gone by. I didn't realize they came lettered for C&O. Where were they originally assigned ? I never knew why they were assigned C&O reporting marks--maybe for tax reasons? To this day all 25 are still on the roster although they've been scattered all over the system. A few are equipped for remote control service...
