I knew it was Portland Terminal when I saw your thread then noticed all the unit info you had with the photo on that "other site" Thanks for sharing it here.

Model number prefix would be "HH" for High Hood. Portland Terminal did switching in and around Portland Maine for Maine Central, Boston & Maine, Grand Trunk as I recall.

Portland Terminal was jointly owned by Boston & Maine and Maine Central. It operated Rigby Yard in South Portland and served Portland area industrial trackage and of course, Union Station.

Marty, From X2200S, this is an ALCO HH600. One of four on Portland Terminal. B/N 68732 B/D 8-36. The others on PT were 1001-1004. Ben
