Nostalgia & History > Switcher Saturday - LV 120Date: 04/06/18 21:52 Switcher Saturday - LV 120 Author: refarkas Lehigh Valley 120 is in an unknown location in the summer of 1973. The clean windows give a surprisingly clear view of the interior of 120's cab.

I'm no expert on the Valley; sure looks like Pennsylvania, but doesn't look like Lehighton or Easton/Bethlehem/Allentown. That said, I never got north of the engine facility in Lehighton. Any chance it is Pittson? Tim Costello Date: 04/06/18 23:39 Re: Switcher Saturday - LV 120 Author: krm152 Interesting photo. Definitely in a mountainous area.
ALLEN Date: 04/07/18 16:11 Re: Switcher Saturday - LV 120 Author: lvrrpassenger Looks like Pittston AKA Coxton engine terminal.
Date: 04/07/18 17:17 Re: Switcher Saturday - LV 120 Author: refarkas I was only at Coxton once for a short time. That was around then, so very possibly this might be Coxton.
Thanks to both who mentioned Pittston. Bob Date: 04/12/18 12:56 Re: Switcher Saturday - LV 120 Author: Gonut1 The hills match Coxton as well as the placement of the oil tank roundhouse wall, machine shop? at background left and the siding the engine is on.
