This appears to be video from the NRHS Convention visit in July 1993. Think that was the last time we had 1630 facing west. Those ten drivers REALLY don't like the east leg of the wye, although she will go around it with much coaxing and lubricant.

Yes, it is indeed an SD24, and it sounds GREAT under heavy load when accelerating on their main line.

Yep SD24, it’s since be painted back in its as delivered CB&Q Chinese Red scheme with original number 504
