Erie-Lackawanna Photos Author: JPB Re: the 1963 and 1966 photos of the Lake Cities, the loss of US mail contract had obvious impact on the non-passenger portion of the consist. And the picture of #5 arriving Hammond with all the car brake shoes smoking suggests it was going like schnell before beginning its station stop!
