EL 2501
Author: refarkas

Some slides go into a "seconds" box and are not seen again because they look terrible as a slide. Thankfully with today's technology, a decent image can be had from a "second". Here is an example.
EL 2501 is in Marion, Ohio in the summer of 1973.
Perhaps you might be challenged to check out your "seconds" box for any hidden good images. You might just have some "gems" hiding there.

Agree, shaking you second hand box can drop some real gems, even in black and white!

Wow, four U25B's! I guess it ended up as a "second" because the light was a little too nose-on?

One of the best "seconds" I've seen.

This slide probably wouldn't have made it to my "seconds" box - excellent capture!

It was somewhat off color with a reddish tinge to it, and it had very dark trucks making it look poor when projected.
