I remember driving through the street running trackage going to Reds games in the 80s Posted from Android Date: 08/15/18 12:23 Re: Rick Burn Was in Cincinnati in 1978 -- Took 4 DT&I Author: bluesboyst Is all this trackage gone now?

Intended for use on work trains, it also received high-speed passenger gearing so it can act as a rescue engine when the MUs shoot craps.
It occasionally gets loaned out to the Chicago South Shore freight operation, just to keep it limbered up. CSS crews I know tell me the high-speed gearing makes it a horrible puller compared to their own units, barely able top get out of its own way. NZ |
