1. Rock Island Aerotrain #3's Power Unit from the Roosevelt Road Viaduct, Chicago, IL in August 1962. She is at the Museum of Transport in Kirkwood, MO.

2. Aerotrain #3, Gougar Rd., a few miles east of Joliet, IL in August 1963.  She is at the Museum of Transport in Kirkwood, MO.

3. CRI&P E7A 637 with Train 8, the Cornhusker, Tiskilwa, IL in May 1967.

Lot's to ponder on these. I love that passenger train in Texas. Just about all head end traffic. And then a light Aerotrain locomotive. I guess I didn't realize they'd hostle the engine separately from the cars. Good stuff. Thanks for sharing.

RI #21/22 were the Memphis - Tucumcari connections to the former Imperial (#39/40)

RI #19/20 were the remnents of the RI portion of the Zephyr - Rocket, a Twin Cities - St Louis train.

Info from Jul, 1966 OG.
