Probably either an NPOA or OGST as those were the two daily junk trains running west from SLC on the ex-WP. With the auto racks on there, my guess would be NPOA.

I remember also the NPMIV (North Platte to Milpitas Vans) was always good for strange/foreign power back then for some reason.
