I am fairly sure the 4800 "old rivets" was the only GG1 painted in Conrail blue done after its bicentennial scheme. There were a bunch of E44's and E33's that were painted blue. It had "CR" markings and I believe worked on the New York & Long Branch at some point in time.

That 4022 shot is an early one in Conrail paint. It wasn't long before the top of nose got black paint and it received a Hancock Air Whistle. Thank you for posting these !
