Seems like Santa Fe bought everything in the catalog back in the day, and even made their own versions. Southbound freight leaving Saginaw Yard in the mid-80's with some Kodachrome to boot. Scanned from a print. JG

Yes, it's one of the 11 ex-TP&W GP38-2s that went to the AT&SF in 1984.  Unlike the GP35s and GP40, none of the GP38-2s had dynamic brakes added by ATSF.
