Yes I think it was the east end.

That's a lovely tower, and well maintained for so late in Pennsy history.

Did the PRR have a pattern as to where the brick towers were as opposed to the wooden structures?
This one was in much better shape than many of the wooden ones I've seen pictures of.

Drocton Tower was at the east end of the Renovo PA PRR Yards below the PA 120 Bridge on the hill side of the railroad

Looks a lot like MO tower at Creston PA.
