4 and 5. CBQ 4960 coaling at Mendota, IL in December 1960.

6. CBQ 4960 east of Mendota, IL in March 1966.

Ilike #1 with the kewaunee station, found demolished in 1985.  It is very similar to Princeton station, which survives.  Current Kewaunee station looks a little like an original Mc Donalds.
Nice Priceton station survived, I think town is very supportive.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but I'm sorry  just don't see beauty in 4960.  Many other excursion locomotive were much better looking.   All steamers got lots of attention in those days, however.
