F Unit Friday on the Rock Island in Fairfield Iowa

I purchased off ebay from a former Rock employee. This is a WB train taken from the old tower that protected the Golden State with the Burlingtons Ottumwa Main at Fairfield, IA. Date unknown.

An added bonus in this shot are the little shanties & storage sheds on the right. How many of US so-called railfan photographers passed on shooting those RR flavor items way back when? Or maybe got some of them only by accident, shooting a passing train in such a location??? Now of course, those little shanties & misc yard structures are virtually all gone...
