Photo # 4 appears to be taken at New Haven's rte 128 suburban station, which has been substantially upgraded with new station and parking garage to handle increased MBTA and Amtrak NEC traffic.

In photo #2, you can see Canaan Union Station in the background just to the left of the FL9. I believe at the time of the photo in 1967, this train was a weekends only NYC-Pittsfield train. Here's a link to more contemporary photos following the building's restoration after its 2001 fire: https://canaanunionstation.com/13-2/. NH passenger service continued on the Pittsfield line through Canaan until 1971 when an RDC made the last run. And here's a link to an article giving the history of the Berkshire line:

I love photo #1.  It has so many interesting elements and very good depth of focus.  You've got all the trackwork, several layers of signal bridges, a tower, baggage cars with open doors, and a covered platform.  And it has very good lighting to make out all the detail.  Fantastic.

Is that a silver Burlington "Havelock" Baggage-Express car in the first picture? It's just left of center.

I've seen many NYNH&H crossbucks up that high.  Must have been a practice.

Might be a Santa Fe smooth-side baggage-express.
