PRR 8336 (an FM H12-44 with its Penn Central number) sit in an unknown location in August 1971 (according to the slide mount). No photographer's name was listed on the slide.

It could also be Undercliff Yard in Cincinnati.

Likely explanation.  The locomotive (is it a Baldwin?) coupled to the FM is stencilled "Sharonville."

FM switcchers are a favorite of mine.
K&IT operated a small fleet in Louisville KY.
Also, PRR operated afew in Louisville KY & Jeffersonville IN; however,
the posted photo is not in those locations.
