MIL Caboose
Author: KingCoal

In my 1975 travels I found this caboose in Des Moines.  Look at all of the action in the photo.

Isn't that what they call a "transfer" caboose, one that is used for short movements between yards in a large city area?

Gotta love those two Bell System telephone company Dodge vans.  One in the olive drab green and the other in the later two-tone scheme.  Greta photo.
