A short ride on the Missouri Pacific

I was taking some pictures of the MP/Santa Fe station in Conroe,Tx (just north of Houston)
when this MP worker was going to inspect some track and invited me along.
A fun afternoon.
I do like that pickup.

Thats cool, lots of cab rides, haven't seen many PU ride alongs.

Neat. I like the Omaha orange PU, which was standard MoPac fare on just about any company vehicle until UP took over. No radio or AC even in Texas. Made those tan vinyl seats awful hot....
