There has been two SP SD9's repainted in Black Widow - 5472 in Niles Canyon and 5399 in Oregon.  We need one restored to Gray and Scarlet.  I do like Black Widow paint but I was born in 1958 and never remember seeing any SP Black Widow painted locomotives in service.  In my life the SP locomotives have always been gray and scarlet.  Niles Canyon has SW8 SP 1195 and the Krauss-Maffie in gray and scarlet.  It's been a welcome change.
