The photographer is unknown. IC 8326 and caboose 8047 were photographed in early 1973 in Evansville, Indiana (Location thanks to Indiana_Trainman).

The photograph is of the ICG on the former PD&E in Evansville, IN just north of Franklin Street.  The building in the background was converted to a microbrewery known as the Tin Man Brewery (out of business and building up for sale).  The IC RR Freight house on Franklin still exists but the track has been long removed from the yard site and most the former site now has warehouses for a local supply company (Lensing Wholesale).  Picture is probably late-1970s or early-1980s.

Fine photo. Caboose is cool too.
