I don't recall the date but I remember coming across those two in UP's Albina yard all by their lonesome looking like they were brand spanking new.

Here's the 9800 under the sand tower in Brooklyn behind a GP60, a few days earlier from the previous shots. I believe they arrived on a hotshot earlier that day, possibly their 1st trip to Oregon. --July 5, 1994
