MP Op. Control Turnover; STL Oct 9, 1975
Author: mamfahr

Hello all,

This last report is different; it's a turnover from their St. Louis Operations Control Center.  The focus of this report is terminals, traffic and connections, rather than trains (as was the case with the other reports I posted).

The Pueblo info is limited; shown on the bottom 1/2 of the second of the three pages.

Take care,

Mark

Interesting information. Who knew anyone would save it, but fun to look at in 2020. Thanks for sharing. Post more if you have them.

Interesting to see only three 12-hour tie-ups which I assume is for the entire system.
I bet a lot of divisions would like to meet that goal today.

Ford Fast departed KC at 505 pm. Connection arrived at 240 pm.
By today's standards that would be a pretty quick trip through a yard.

Looks like the MP knew how to kept things fluid.
Perhaps they had precision schedules.

Reminds me of reports from SP's OP&C

Neff Yard had its issues, but failing on the FFT was not an option.
They did not want that phone call from the GST in St.Louis.
