Here are two more photos from the same roll of 35mm film taken in Brewster, Ohio in 1966 or 1967.
1. N&W 3901 and 1005 - Notice the man by the switch at the right.
2.) M&W 3697, 3717, and 3712 are sitting outside the N&W locomotive shop. All three F7A units are ex-Wabash.

Brewster was a treasure back in those days. Never got there in the 60s, but it was the same in the 70s. Never knew what you find hanging around. Not a lot of traffic, but always interesting.

Do either of you know how many trains a day on average, both direction, passed through Brewster during this time? When I was in the area, circa 1986, only one through train a day, both directions, to Rook passed through Brewster.

No, I do not know how many trains passed through Brewster at this time. Sorry.

Like both photos but Photo 2 is a real winner.  Love the F-Units.

I will take a very wild guess at traffic and say maybe 10-12 trains daily at most. Pretty sure it would be less than 20.

Excellent shots - especially the F units.
